Cycle Fit is a low impact, high intensity workout, suitable for all fitness levels. Classes use an indoor cycle (stationary bike) to simulate techniques professionals use to train for various terrains, such as long flat rides, sprints and hill climbs. It is perfect for improving strength, endurance and general fitness levels.
